Collusion in the creation of the Charter Study Commission

Mayor Buontempo and Deputy Mayor Santhana, Holmdel's leaders, had 2 major responsibilities that have a high degree of conflict.

Most Importantly, to put Holmdel Residents first by informing and educating us on all things related to this Charter Study and to also make sure their handpicked candidates ran unopposed to become powerful commissioners so they can put their predetermined recommendations to change Holmdel's township form of local government on a ballot

Holmdel residents purposely did not hear how to petition to become a powerful commissioner.  It only required a petition of 100 signatures to be nominated.

Notable Signatures:  Mayor Buontempo, Deputy Mayor Santhana, Three Past Township Committee Candidates who lost their last elections, Nikolis, Emma and Diddi,  Current Board of Education Member and a past BOE candidate who used Chairman Kin Gee as their campaign manager, Culler and Wang.

This was all planned for them, not for Holmdel Residents.
